That means the bonus is not restricted to the Feral Edition. The important condition is the preorder itself rather than buying the more expensive edition.

If your only reason for considering the Feral Edition is access to the Purrfect Look Pack, that is unnecessary based on the current storefront information. The Feral Edition’s main paid upgrade is the Prophecy Pack; the Purrfect Look Pack is the preorder reward attached to eligible purchases.

Is the Purrfect Look Pack included with Standard Edition?

Eligible preorders of the Standard Edition receive the bonus according to the current official store pages.
